SOUFFLE DU GEANT WINES
The name "Souffle du Géant" (Breath of the Giant) refers to the fresh air streams coming down from the Mont Ventoux peaks - locally called Le Géant de Provence (The Giant of Provence). These streams replace the warm air rising from the vineyards and Piedmont plains. This movement contributes to the development of an exceptional microclimate which favours full fruit and grape maturity, while developing a unique freshness specific to wines of this region. Chic and elegant, accessible to all and for all occasions, these modern and tasty wines single out by fresh aromas, a natural sweetness which is typical for the southern Rhone Valley wines where the Grenache varietal reigns supreme.
